Viking Pump LS4223A, YOM 2020, heavy duty internal gear pump, in steel construction, ductile iron rotor and idler, high temp carbon idler and bracket bushes, Nitralloy idler pin, rolling element thrust bearing, silicon carbide/silicon carbide/Karez mechanical seal, high temp relief valve, with jacketed bracket and head. Pump speed is 484 rpm. This is coupled to a 90 deg Bonfiglioli 309R2 3.78:1P180B5 gearbox. Vertical motor is a flanged Weg W22 IP66, 18.5kW 4 pole, all mounted on a galvanised base. Pump will have Step 1 clearances. Pump ports are 3" ANSI #125.
