Steam Tunnel Oven, requires steam source (i.e. Steam Boiler) for heating via 2 x ½” lines, was utilising a 1100kg/hr boiler but only at 85 psi, turns water bath into steam, conveyorized, 3 ph, stainless steel, 400mm W mesh belt, clearance height 45mm. Previously used to steam chicken breasts and burger patties.
