Cooking and Filling Plant consisting of: 2 x NZ made 1000L Steam Jacketed Scrape Surface Mixing Kettles, 1 x Slurry Tank with High Shear Mixtec Mixer, Stainless Steel platform and pipework, CIP Tank with pump, bank of 3 x Contherm 6X9 Scrape Surface Heat Exchangers, Bredel pump to transfer pump to Filler, Fortress Phantom “pipe through” Metal Detector and ACI Single Head Bag Filler for 5-20L fills. All connected to a touch screen control panel. Plant is approximately 8-10 years old. Previously used to cook, mix and fill a viscous liquid food product.
