Munson Classifying M6-SS Cutter, YOM 2019, 3 phase, variable speed, cutter arrangement: 3 staggered, 50mm wide (150mm total), 4-tooth angled cutter heads constructed of 400 series hardened stainless steel with a single replaceable, stationary hardened stainless steel cutting bedknife. Screens: 2 x replaceable #304 stainless steel classifying bedscreens, 4mm and 6.35mm perforations. Previously used to accurately size nuts and sugar candy for inclusion in chocolate bars.
