Filling Line consisting of bottle unscrambler (approx. 1000mm Ø), Capmatic Patriot Filler and Capper (with vibratory cap feeder), conveyor (82.6mm W slatband belt), Impresstik 2000 VAC single head wrap around labeller (existing label on machine 75mm L x 30mm H) with Flexicode coder, accumulation table (approx. 1200mm Ø). Set up for small filling of liquids (non viscous) e.g. eye droppers, nose sprays, vials etc. Filler and Capper has different change parts.
