Cuddon FD80 Freeze Dryer, YOM early 1990’s, stainless steel, 80kg capacity, with computer control drying cycle programme, has two sets of trays, two trays per drying shelf, capable of taking 80L of juice per dry and about 50kg of sliced fruit, vegetable, or other. Supporting equipment such as a slicer, cold press juicer, hammer mill, rotary brush filter, juice pumps, and an electric forklift are available at additional cost.
