Print and Apply Labeller for outside of Cartons, single phase, pneumatic, printer is a Honeywell A-Class Mark II, max carton size looks to be approx. 275mm W x 395mm L. Will place one label on the side or one label the front leading face of a carton on the conveyor line. It can also be set to apply one front and one side label on to each carton. Outfeed of labelled cartons to the left with the option of a reject carton gravity outfeed conveyor to the right. Barcode readers are required and the associated software to ensure the printed barcode can be read and if two barcodes are applied that they both match otherwise the carton will be rejected. Gate unit shown in last photo is to install on customer infeed conveyor.
