Mettler Toledo TLX950 Parcel Dimension Scanner. It is designed for courier, postal, and warehouse sorting facilities to automatically measure, weigh, and scan packages at high speeds on a conveyor belt. Includes four conveyors for input and output feeds. The machine can scan parcels as small as 50 mm (B) x 50 mm (W) x 20 mm (H). Throughput is 1,800 parcels per hour at its fastest speed of 3.3m per second. At top speed output accuracy rate sits at 99%. Recent major refurbishment approx. 2-3 years ago. This machine has been upgraded to the latest Gen 2 scanners. Work carried out on the machine in the last 12 months: Replaced the IPC APC2200 unit or “Brain” with the latest model procured in Germany, Upgraded the operating systems to Windows 11, Deployed the latest Octo software that can extract files to SFTP, Replaced the frequency inverter, Rewired all equipment to the current standards, Serviced and repaired all 4 conveyor feeder machines, also replacing all belts, Calibrated all scanners and weight capture scales, Export files that are extracted via Octo into SFTP.
