System consists of: 7 x Turns of 75mm diameter stainless steel holding tube, 1 x Alfa Laval stainless steel Plate Heat Exchanger (model CLIP8RM, pressure 10 bar, max temp 110 Deg C), 1 x Alfa Laval Stainless steel Centrifugal Pump (model LKHM113/163FSS, motor 11Kw, 415V). Unit was previously used on cider at a flow rate of 11,000 litres per hour at an operating temperature of 82 degrees Celsius with a holding time of 60 seconds. Condition – Very Good.
