Minerva Omega C/E 653 Patty Former, YOM 2014, single phase, Italian-made, automatic hamburger patty forming machine, can form patties up to 125 mm in diameter and 24 mm thick, depending on the forming cylinder fitted. There is some age wear/minor cracking to the plastic cover from dishwashing over the years but in full working order.
