Thermal Oil Plant, containerised, 1200kw Thermal Oil Heater (approx. 3844mm x 1810mm) @ 8 barg and 300 C, Oil Injection Pump (1.5 kw @ 55 l/min @ 3.3 barg), Expansion Box (1708mm x 800mm) 0.8 m3 design at 2 bar and 150 C, 2 x Oil Recirculation Pumps 22 kw and 100 m3/hr. Plant was commissioned and tested in August 2021 and only ran for around 1 week. The basic plant was purchased in China and then assembled in NZ. It came with a P&ID and was upgraded in NZ to meet NZ health and safety requirements. Piping and electrical needed improvement, consequently, additional valves and electrical parts were added to the plant. Replacements had to be sourced and fitted. The engineering documents can be supplied on request to interested parties.
